A three-year-old girl fell into a 110-foot-deep borewell in Bihar’s Munger district on Tuesday afternoon.
Massive rescue operations are underway since yesterday to save the child.
A State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) official, Sanjeev Kumar said it might take another four hours to rescue the girl. Rescue officials need to dig down seven feet more as of now. Rods have placed to ensure that the girl doesn’t fall further down.
“We’ve provided her oxygen and made all arrangements for her safety,” Kumar added.
